new look. 8D

See, I'm a person who loves long hair. If you know me, you would know I love my hair above anything. I wash it everyday, and aside from a straightening treatment every two years, I let nothing else touch my hair... except for that once after Form 5 where I highlighted it red, but I'm never gonna do something like that again. I've had long hair for a long long time... but I wanted a change. Got too bored.

Went to cut my hair yesterday, and I love the washing hair process. xP Its fun having someone wash your hair, it feels relaxing. When I was a kid I used to ask my mom to wash my hair for me, and even now I let my younger cousins play with my hair. I feel relaxed with someone tugging at my hair wtf, weird much? xP

Cute hairstylist cutting hair. :P His a little too old for me, but he is rather cute.

I didn't want my hair too short, since I haz round face, and short hair will only make it look like a ball, so I didn't want to cut it till my chin. Never the less, my hair is a good few inches shorter now, something like this.
All taken directly after the hairstylist finished drying my hair. It looks so perfect T-T. How do they attain such perfection each time? I could never do that to my own hair! ;_;

How does it look? Should I keep it short? I think I look sorta matured, but my mom says it makes me look more my age, or younger. Ya think? :P

i'll never forget

If you guys read before, you'll realize how much I adore my temple mates. I literally grew up with them, and though some came later then others, we're good friends never the less. I can always count on them, and there's a myriad of talents in all of them.

Yesterday night was concert night for SDS, and most possibly my last concert night with them since I'm graduating this year. Despite it being tiring, I was rather melancholy when it did end last night. Suddenly realized I... as pessimistic as I may sound, might never see them again.

I went there quite early, seeing as I was supposed to be an usherer, but ended up helping VoT all night long anyway. Had to wrangle the guys to come and have their make up done. I don't get what is it with guys and their huge resistence with make up. Its just powder, guys. xP

While on stage helping them though, I looked out and realized how much I really missed performing. aside from the talent quest in MUFY a couple of months ago, I really haven't been on stage since i quit dance, and I miss it, especially dancing performances. I've been on stage since I was a kid, and... I guess I just miss the adrenaline rush? I dunno. I wish I could go on stage once more, but I was too busy with exams before the concert to commit. :(

They did great though, as always. Sad that I couldn't join VoT this time because of stupid stupid exams, but I did enjoy watching them off stage. Its amusing watching ppl offstage, because you get to see them doing the one thing they've been practicing for so long for. I guess I also miss working hard for one performance, that feeling. xP

And then after their dance, which was awesome, they came back to the audience to watch the rest of the performance. Well, I say watch in the most unliteral sense of the word, at least for me and Ben, and partially, Jason. See, I got a little bored with sketches, and ended up pulling my DS out. But Ben stole it from me took it, and the whole night he was just like this.

While I was freezing my neck off next to him and laughing at how his jumping at the games. Really, I love the kids at SDS, but sketches are blah for me. So I was just wrapping myself with Jason's shirt he lent me to keep warm, rubbing Jason's freezing hands while laughing at how Ben was playing my DS. xD See Ben! You should've bought a DS instead of PSP.
/is a firm NDS supporter.

I love SDS, especially all the friends I've made her. I may not be the most devout follower of religion, but I do love the fact that it was the temple that had found me so many awesome friends, inclusive of the ones not there that night. *coughJiaying, Diane, Annshien, Joann, Chynacough*. I wish and hope we'll never lose contact, because I would never want to lose such awesome friends. And all of them are like brothers and sisters to me.

Keep in touch guys, especially during the holidays cause I'm so bored my brains are falling out. xP Love you guys<3

lovely memories

My social life iz back now. Even my moms saying I go out too much these days. But I practically became a hermit during exams! I wanna.

Celebrated Sophia's birthday a day earlier together with Kirsten and Jessica at Loganhause. Or Laugenhause. I dunno how you spell it wtf. But anyway! I haven't seem them in quite a while, and though it would've been nice if Mei went as well, but she couldn't cause she had prior engagement, so we made do. Got caught in a jam going in USJ fml, if kl traffic is bad, usj traffic is worst at peak hours. Horrible.

I do miss them, and their crazy antics. Like Kirst said, college and form six probably made us more insane and ridiculous and open, because heck Jess was butt grabbing in the middle of the road. People probably thought girls were getting raped that night or something wtf. xD

My unagi + garlic rice that night, which I didn't really enjoy. The unagi was too salty, and the rice was fried too dry, and there was no taste of garlic at all. But I did like the piece of lamb from Kirsten's dish that she bartered with me though, very tasty.

We had dares for Sophia that night, and Kirsten made her eat the strawberry on the cake I bought for her in a 'sexy' way. Did she succeed? You be the judge. xP all I did was make her eat salted cake. It wasn't that bad... right? =D

We went to Happy Beans after that, a dessert shop. And I have to say, it wasn't all too bad. Their cincau is extremely fresh, and very soft and chewy, I love it. Had to go home after that though. Rawr.

Next day I went shopping with Mei, at pyramid. I told you my social life is coming back. Ngek ngek. Its been a long time since I last went shopping too. I think that was when... my aunt came? 2 or 3 weeks ago? Dayum.

We didn't do much mostly, just talked, walked around, shopped... oh! and we went to Kitschen to try out clothes. We did try out Niichii and Forever 21, but nothing there caught our eye. Lookie!

I bought this, the ruffley dress/top, minus the vest. I didn't like it cause it looked too darn... I dunno, ratty? It just didn't suit me, but I loved the ruffled top, and its made of satin so its darn good material. I splurged 49.90, something I don't usually do often on clothes, but I loved it.

Bought this too! Matching friendship bracelets ftw. Bought from diva, and it looks pretty and shiny! Courtesy of Mei Xin who polished it, but I love shiny things, so I love it, and of course, the person that wears the matching bracelet. :D

Went to the yogurt place called Tutti Fruiti with her as well, just to try it. and well... its hecka expensive, but its too durn good! Its like, ice cream AND yogurt mixed together, and just the right amount of sourness. Delicious I say, awesome sauce delicious.

Went home after we looked for her mom's birthday present. And I have one more thing to update about, the concert tonight, but I feel so dead I wanna sleep now. ;_; I wish the concert never ended though, its awesome<3 But I feel dead, so sleep time is in order. Thank god there was no make up to wash off. Was too lazy to put it on before I went out. xP

F-R-E-E

Oh yeah! Finals ended yesterday. YESTERDAY BABEH. And I have a whole long list of things I wanna do. Watch my dramas, clean out my computer, clean my work table (which looks like a hurricane just went past it. Imma messy studier. 8D), go shopping, get my social life back. I've literally lost my social life during exams. Even when I DO go out with my friends, its just study study study, and i've been abandoning my non-college friends lately. =(

But now its about to change babeh! Dinner tonight with Jess and Kirts and Soph, and shopping tomorrow with Mei, and concert on Saturday! And then its off to Genting on Monday with the college girls. Whoop de doo! But before that, here's what I've been up to.

Graduation from temple. My hair looked horrible that day. But I'm going to miss these monkeys. So many years with them makes me attached to them<3
Years with them do make you attached though, and I miss Jo and Shien and Chyna off in overseas. T-T.

Aunt came over with lunch. Me and the stepdad were guinea pigs for the menu for her new business, so yeah. I didn't mind though, her food was aweeesome<3 Ever ate tuna with mango in foccacia bread? You should, its the best. And the salad omg<3 I'm no veggie person, but it tasted pwnsome.

And yeah, thats basically my whole three weeks. Pretty uneventful? The rest of it was spent in my room studying. But I have to go now! Dinner with Kirst and Jess. Social life, here I come!

good morning!... not

Guess what I saw when I opened my eyes yesterday morning? The first thing that greeted my sight was this.

Want a closer look?

Its an effing cockroach. A COCKROACH. Anyone who knows me would KNOW I hate cockroaches. I can stand lizards (as long as I don't touch them), but I can't stand the creepy, disgusting looking cockroaches. They're just... I don't know. Phobia I guess? I jumped out of bed and ran to room of the 'rents. No I didn't scream. I was never one for screaming, but... sheesh. Gives me the shivers. >.< Mom cooked this today. Sweet potato soup, my favorite. Its real easy. Buy the sweet potatoes, and boil them together with sugar, water and pandan leaves. Put in sugar as you see fit. I like it sweeter so I put more in. Its the best for people who are sick with fever, but I drink it sickness or no sickness. Its sweet and clear, just the right taste.

Now Its back to studying for finals. I am gonna need all the luck I can get if I wanna graduate MUFY this year. Onegai, I have to graduate. ;_;

EDIT
I really don't get what is wrong with me, but I can't seem to concentrate. I mean, seriously. The finals for Glob is only a day away, and I can't seem to get anything in my head. Bargh. Imma go photoshop stuff, and then do some character building before going back to try and study again. Being unproductive is annoying. =.=

last day blues

MUFY, has been awesome, honestly speaking. I entered the course so freaking scared cause I didn't attend the orientation and I knew virtually no one. I was freaked out cause I missed my first class... but the whole year has been something I will never, ever forget.

Now waking up every morning to go to college, facing my classmates and the friends which have made my whole course memorable will never, ever be erased from memory. The inside jokes, the lunches and laughter, the stress facing exams and the sighs of relief after every paper, everything I cherish deeply in my heart. Ending the day had always been a joyful event, but for today it hit me like a rock in the heart.

My Econs A/B girls, the one whose been with me from the very first sem. The ones who always had lunch with me everyday. I feel like laughing when I think of them, cause somehow or rather we always end up laughing together no matter what. The five of them have been awesome friends, always there for each other and me, and the inside jokes we share are incomparable. Short fingers, anyone? xDDD

The stars of my college course, the food we share, the knowledge we give, and the randomities we do together shall always be loved.

Econs B1 class of 2009, forever love.

Bio class had always been more serious, no thanks to the ridiculous imbalance between the syllabus for Bio A and Bio B, but never the less, class had always been fun. Eating in class *coughLenecoughJoeYeecough* and reading Bio at the same time had never been better. xD I doubt I'd have found Bio class fun if not for Gan's super hyperactiveness, Lene's sarcasm. Btw, Cynthia, I never knew our immune system used memory cards to remember the pathogens that had attacked our body. :P

Bio A7 class of 2009, forever love.

Our 'hardworking' English class. xD Real hardworking we are, with the fact that almost half the time half the class isn't there. Skipping class kings. :p But never the less, class with them was fun. The random comments, the debate during our presentation for our research projects are unforgettable. GT and Tumo fighting are hilarious, and glowy fishes, Eng Hwa? Seriously. xP

Half of the time in class, we spend it taking pictures anyway, since with only theme study and research project, there really is not much to study about. But never the less, Ms. Putri was always extremely accomodating of us, and we can't thank her enough. Class would never have been the same without random remarks from Joe Ee and Eng Hwa, and the debates between Tumo and GT, with the rest of us either rolling our eyes or laughing. :p

Eng B4 class of 2009, forever love.

Globalization class had always been one huge picnic. We always bring food in because Miss Uma allowed us. Its the fun class, basically, with a lot of reading. Miss Uma's sarcasm, Naveen's lameness, the pokes of the Musketeers behind, Mr. Chinamen and Mason the Hulk makes the class. Definitely going to miss the lameness so consistent from Naveen, as well as Akram spouting the knowledge we're all so amazed with each time.

And this guy whose able to make me actually look short for once, Mason the Hulk, whose a head freaking taller then me. :p Of course, I will miss the best teacher of all pwnsome times, Miss Uma.

The best teacher ever, whose always looking out for our interests first. Not to mention her legendary sarcasm. xD Like what Naveen suggested, she should write a book for comebacks, it'd get #1 on the selling list fohsure. God knows how many times she bombed Zooeid and Akram and Mason with coming late. :p

Not the full picture, since people ran away, but anyway...
Glob A class of 2009, forever love

Bio B class had always been slow, like I said, the syllabus distribution for Bio A and B is horribly imbalanced, and as a result we don't really have much to study in Bio B. But never the less, Nadia, Kumari, Melissa and Tharveena always made class fun, not to mention with Gan's hyperactiveness and Lene's never-ending questions. :P

Of course, not forgetting Jia Qing, fellow fangirl. :P Bio B class is fun, despite the fact that we can go insane trying to memorize facts from evolution and inheritence sometimes, Ms. Kavitha helps a lot, and its the classmates that makes a class.

Bio B3 class of 2009, forever love.

Yes, if it isn't obvious enough, I'm emo-ing about the last day of college. I've spent a year with these people, and they've given me awesome times. *coughnevermanagedtogetapictureofjonghyuntheescapartist* but anyway! Finals start tomorrow, and then we have genting trip after exams! I can't wait, and year 2009 of MUFY will always be in my heart<3
