miles bunny, i miss you.

Ever thought of how you wanted to kill yourself? No, not for real. But if you were to ever do it, how would you?

I want to jump off the tallest building I can find. Not for the theatrics. But because at the very least, I'd get the joy of finding out how it feels like if I get to fly, before I fall in to three gazillion pieces on the sidewalk.

How about after you die? How do you want to be taken care of?

I want to be cremated. I want my ashes scattered in the sea. Because I always hated being confined in a space. And being trapped in some same place for all of eternity scares me. Let me go, and let me see the world, swim with the dolphins and play with the dugongs and seals.

On another note, dongsaeng, unni still misses you. Kits misses her Miles. The one who always makes me smile, who I ruined yan yan and vanilla pocky with. The one who swore with me we'd go vegetarian one day because they kept ruining food for us. Its been two days, I still miss you. I regret not talking to you so long, it'll be a guilt I carry with me forever. Does the pain of losing someone so dear to me ever go away? Because you're very, very dear to me, like the younger sister I've never had. I would give anything to be able to talk to you once more. I wish you could've brought your iPhone to heaven with you.

But all will be well, ne? I promised you I'd talk to you after my exams were done, something I'll never get a chance to do. But we'll meet again? Promise me we'd meet again. Because unni loves you and misses you, so much.

PS; no don't worry people, i'm not suicidal. its just a random thought. xD I love my life, why would i want it away? tsk.

unfairness.

Death should be outlawed. It changes life so much, even if the life of the person is someone I've never met before. But... sadly for those who think otherwise, relationships can be built on the net too. And I miss her, so much.

They have no right to take away the youngest dongsaeng, the light of our lives away. How could they? Dongsaeng, unni misses you. Unni loves you so much. I keep wondering, staring at the box expecting you to pop up anytime greeting me with your smileys and flying tackle hugs. Who would call me unni now? You promised me macarons. I wanted to visit you at the end of the year. How could you? I miss you. Always. I love you, Miles. We all do. <3

seafood omnomz!

Food! Or rather, dinner with the new family in a hell-expensive seafood place. But durn the food was good, no kidding.

They had a whole wall of fresh seafood selection! ♥

Examples include Australian Snow Crab! Such pretty things~ But we didn't eat this. We ate a... spider crab if I wasn't mistaken. Looooooong legs. But their tank was too tall up, I couldn't be bothered to take a snap.
Customary wine for Uncle Siew Pan and the family. They always have wine with dinner. xD

Baby cousin! Okay granted, his only a year younger then me but he acts like a kiddo. *pats head*

First course! Plain prawns dipped in sauce. Which got me and my cousins girlfriend laughed at cause we asked for fork and spoon to peel the prawns with! Wut. I'm a girl yo! I don't like peeling prawns with my fingers. Though i ended up having to wait for ten minutes. Cousins girlfriend had her boyfriend peeling for her. Maybe I should get one myself. Hmm.

Lamb! I have no idea how they were cooked, but they were lip smacking.

See, this is how it happened. Apparently, for Beng Wei the NORMAL SIZED fork and spoon weren't enough. Thus... prawn drops in glass of wine. Cue, family erupts in laughter. xD

Taufu! Bluek. Don't like. But it was nice. xD

I... have no idea what this is. Oh wait! I have a picture of it still in the tank!

There! Ah shizz, I cut off the name. It was... some sort of clam if I wasn't mistaken, cooked with glass noodles and garlic. Delish♥

Fried veggie! like, literally. The veggie were fried in to crispy strips! Though it was still bitter, so I didn't take a lot.

Our spider crab! It was huge, and awesome shizz. Tasted juice and succulent, and smooth and completely, utterly awesome.
Empurau! Apparently, its a really expensive fish because the meat is supposed to be good. But... it was ordinary to me. But then again, I don't really like fish, so don't take my word for it. Beng You was eating like he was in seventh heaven though. The boy really loves his fish. xD

Its called a geoDUCK, shaped like a snail, supposed to be a clam. Its just a really confused sea creature. Poor thing. Though frankly, I wouldn't eat it. Its starting to look more like an elephants trunk.

malacca is ftw.

Trip to Malacca last weekend with lovely friends! Not that I don't go down there every year, but whats that they say about everything being better when you're with friends? Hee. Busride there was pretty mundane though, what with everyone waking up at 6 something and the bus being fail!bus.
Don't ask me what Jase was doing here, I have no idea.

First place we went to was Tzu Chi Malacca! Omg they welcomed us, I feel so unworthy. x-x

Shoe bags! To put our shoes in as we were given a tour of their grand building, which was awesome. I'm really rather awed by Tzu Chi in general after the tour, especially after the video they showed us of their leader, Master Cheng Yuan. The guys were surprisingly awed by the Master. xD

Lunch! We were all starving by then, and even if the meal was a simple vegetarian one, it was definitely satisfying. Loved the food, and the bowls were so cute! if the meal set wasn't so expensive, I would've bought one. But Crystal iz frugal, so she didn't buy any. /shot

There was a cool little garden in Tzu Chi! It had the paved walkway and water works and everything! So pretteh!

Even had Japanese motifed classrooms for the classes they hold. Awesomesauce.

Of course us being camwhores, we headed back there to take pictures after all the tour and food!

2nd destination is Seck Kia Eenh temple! One of the more famous temples in Malacca. They not only have the deity there, they also keep the ashes of many people who have passed on.

Our main purpose at the temple wasn't just to walk around to look see though, we were seeing someone. Thats Brother Oh! His paralyzed from chest down, but his very very inspirational, and very very nice! I would've loved to have had more time with him, he has many stories to tell children it seems. ^___^

We even had nyonya kuih after our session! omnomnom! The yellow pulut is the best. I miss Malacca kueh! Omnom.♥

Had our Malacca River Cruise after that! Though we had to wait for a while before we could board the boat, hence silliness ensues.

Is that cicak man I see! Oh yes! It is cicak man with red shades. xD

Water wheel thingy we say on the boat! The whole ride was longer then we expected, since I really wasn't expecting that much. But it was fun! Though IMO, the boat went way too slow. And the water kept splashing on us! Rawrawr.

Pirate ship! According to our boat driver though, the original pirate ship was about six times bigger then the one in Malacca now. O-O damn its huge.

Random kids! We were the friendliest boat around, we kept waving to random people walking on the riverside. I think we freaked a couple of foreigners out too, but most of the people we waved to was pretty friendly!

Hot, hot day! So we haz ice cream and coke. I didn't buy anything though, more like skived off people. Hee. /shot
Dinner! At some restaurant whose name I do not remember. I wasn't particularly hungry, it was so hot! But ate anyway, cause the sambal was yummy! I don't get to eat Malacca sambal often okay, I felt like polishing up the whole bowl if I wasn't so full. Hee.

Went to some random shop to buy some stuff back home after dinner! Though the elder kids really didn't bother buying much. So here's a random picture of Mun Siong with a ponytail! He was trying to act cool, it seems.

On the way home, its jelly galore! it was RM1.50 per pack! Me and JJ each got two or three whole packs. I just polished mine yesterday, so good~ ♥

Ghost stories on the way back too! Which totally, totally totally freaked me out. Still pretty freaked out today, but not so bad la. I just spent the last three days sleeping in my moms room.

Got back the grades for my last few assignments today. Not happy at all. Gonna go study my ass off now for finals. x-x

marriages + movies + jap food = friends all around!

Attended a wedding last week! Weddings are fun, mainly because you get to wear a pretty dress and not look out of place. Hee. I amassed like, three or four formal dresses two years back cause of the amount of weddings in my family requiring me to either be the bridesmaid or sit at the family table, so I have to find a place and time to wear all of them right!

Wedding was at Hilton, and the venue itself was so pretty. Albeit, too many people, but thats to be expected. It was Auntie Joanna's daughter getting married! They even had a cocktail party before the wedding itself, so posh.

The place overlooked KL city! So pretty! It was the whole of Hilton's Grande Ballroom, so yes, huge.

Real flowers! Fresh roses and carnations yo, with candles abundant. All so prettyz. x_x

The main table was huge! You could fit another three people on the table in fact.

But the chocos were yummies! Its omnomznomz and I took it home with me. Hee.

I really liked the video though! You know how weddings always have a photo slideshow and then a video of the tea ceremony and all of that? This one was really well shot! Felt like crying after I watched it, so pretty♥

Obligatory toilet shot! Because I rarely put on my full makeup, so when I do yes there has to be a shot of me. Narcissistic and all of that.

Went to watch movie with JJ and Ben the night before the Malacca trip! Marmaduke is pwnsome, I don't know why so many people don't know him. Its actually a story of a Great Dane being displaced from his home in Kansas to.... California I think? Where he has to learn the hierarchy of doggy world. It was pretty awesome, of course its an added factor that the main pooch is taller then your dining table. Hee.

Sakae Sushi after movie for dinner! They finally added gyoza to their menu, after so many god damn years. About time. Its not very nice, but its gyoza and it'll do. xD

Chuka! Jellyfish! i forgot the full name, Chuka something, but its awesome. Albeit not that fresh in Sakae. I think Rakuzen's one is the best.

Their potato croquette was blah. Flabby and soft and overly salty sauce, bluekz. And it was tiny! =.=

Potato inari! Yummy-ness! And also cause they don't stuff the bottom half with rice! the whole pocket was filled with potato salad goodness, omnomnom. Awesome thing.

I'll update on Malacca in the next post, too lazy to load everything. There's more then hundred of pictures there! But hee, I regretted not taking videos, or it'd be awesome. ;_;
