I really really thought you were going to get better. It was just an anal infection, nothing big right? I thought you were shaking cause your legs were tired from standing up all the time cause you couldn't sit. Till now, I still wonder if I were to go over to Coa's place, would you be running to the gate with your stump of a tail wagging, pressing your nose against my hand, leaning your extremely heavy head against my thigh just begging for a pet.

You love it when I scratch under your neck, you love it when I bring you out for a run. I'm so so sorry I didn't manage to bring you out for a run the last time I was there, because I was too lazy. I'm sorry for tripping over you and making you fall that one time when I brought you out, I'm sorry for not giving you enough attention. I wish I could've given you a better, much better life then the one you had.

I love you, and I miss you so much Mimigirl♥ I still wish I could feel your huge head under my hand, feel your sandy, strong and lean body under my fingers. I miss your gallop, your strength when you pull me along for your daily walk. I miss you. I wish you were still here.

Have I introduced you guys to the new ruler of my heart?

Its been a rule of thumb for a while now, not to get close to anyone or thing. They're just going to end up leaving one way or another, and I'd rather not deal with the heartache that follows. But there's this one bugger whose managed to worm his way under my skin.

Oh trust me, I've tried not to fall for that huge pair of brown googly eyes and fluffy skin. Even back when he was a pup, I... wasn't exactly the most attached of owners. I've seen people stay home all the time for a new puppy. Me? I go out all day, my routine hardly changes.

I can't say it changed now, I still go out most of the day. And I still bully him. Oh, trust me when I say I bully him.

I shove him around, I throw his toys at him, take them away from him. I make him run and I withhold his treats from him sometimes.

But I never push him around to hard, and I can't resist cuddling his fuzzy body and talk nonsense as I ruffle his ridiculously long and useless ears, while he just looks up at me cluelessly. Probably thinking I'm mad too.

But he does get revenge sometimes. Sometimes.

He never retaliates, he only play bites, he has the patience of a saint, and he's so attached its almost impossible for anyone not to be endeared to him.

Granted, he's a completely useless guard dog. He thinks the world is his friend, and give him some food and you can probably coax him to rob a bank.

But I dare you not to fall in love with that completely adorable face. I know I have.

OKAY PICTURE DUMP. Though forewarning, I might not be updating my blog as often as before nowadays, cause uni is just impossibly busy, plus I find it easier to just dump everything on facebook and caption everything there, hence... yeah, just go there. xD

Went out to meet Farah and Sophia the other day! At Full House at pyramid, where the mashed potato is omgsogoodlksdksjad.

And that meeting ended up leading to another one of a gathering of all of us at Snowflakes on Friday! I haven't seen this people in 2 years, and though we're missing some people, its so fun to see everyone there!♥

Also, went home during first of May for grandmother's birthday! The cousins there got a new puppy omg its a cute little fuzzball!

Its always like a family conference whenever all of us congregrate back home. The sofas are never enough so some people eventually end up sitting on the floor. Somehow, I prefer sitting on the floor though. xD

The day before I went home, cousin brigade headed out for lunch together in the plus ones car! If you guys are wondering, plus one is one of my cousins' boyfriend, who has yet to gain full approval from all of us. Pending. xD

We went to Mae Salong! Its a place that apparently sells really good green curry in Penang.

I'm not food entrepreneur, but the surroundings were gorgeous!

The really good green curry, which I guess is actually pretty good since its really creamy and stuff. But the rest of the stuff we had was major spicy. And most of us can't really take overly spicy food.

And that is the end result, everyone sweating like mad as they eat. xD

Also, we finished three jugs of water. Ice cold water. xD

But once home, the sisters brought me to roller blading!

2 out of 4 of them anyway, since the other two was busy. D: but roller blading is always fun with more people!

We found the canopy walk to pyramid from college! Omg it took a while too!

Its a five minute walk, but the view is actually quite pretty as you walk. You can see Lagoon as you walk too! You come soooo close to the roller coaster rides.

Well hello there, remember the horrendous finger from last week? It sorta got popped and bound so it could heal. That was how it looked last week though, since its all fine now. so lets jump to my barrage of food pictures and what I've been up to, shall we?

Went to Ikea with the sisters last week! omnomnom, they call this the Princess cake, and its awesome♥ Sweet and creamy.

I can't decide between the Princess cake or Daim cake though, since both are equally good♥

Of course, a meal in Ikea is never complete without Meatballs! Its meaty goodness with the jam they serve.

I think I found a new favourite though. Their vegetarian pasta is really good! The pasta itself, is chewy and soft and ... just all round omnomness♥

This was dumplings from the Saturday me and Mei was studying and decided to kidnap Lei and go for Snowflakes. yes, I can never resist dumplings. xP

Dimsum breakfast! This is what I always have when I go for dimsum. salad prawns, HK chee cheong fun...

... and har gao! I usually get the spare ribs and some other stuff too, but I had a craving for glass skin stuff that day. xD

Made mashed potato to bring to uni the other day, last week I think. Because the sisters have been bugging me about it. xD Its like I'm their unpaid cook!

Oh, and Mel brought her new polaroid camera that day! its so pretty, if the film wasn't so expensive I'd definitely get it. D:

Wall of Hated Food in Monash. Its the students protest against the cafetaria food, which is horrendous and expensive. Its why the sisters and I have been bringing food to school instead of buying these days. Dx

DURIAN. Yeah feeling like blah now cause I accidentally put salt in to my dessert which by the way is supposed to be sweet, and meh, ruined dessert. But anyway, meet Bob the Dog who eats durian! Such a Malaysian dog he is. xP

The brother brought me our for dinner the other day, cause the parents were at a wedding dinner and I was all by my lonesome. I haven't seen barley served like this in ages. O-O

The salad prawns were amazing, except they put papaya in them. PAPAYA. I abhor that fruit. >.<

STICKY CAKE. Whatever you call them, but I call them 'nian gao'. Not nice eaten like this, but its gooey sweetness is awesome when you fry it!

We actually were headed for the Coliseum for dinner. Its apparently a historical restaurant, built all the way back when Malaysia was still colonized by the British.

Tunku abdul Rahman used to come here to discuss independence apparently! xD

This is mine! The Mickey Mouse, which is basically just ice cream and whip cream in coke. Yeah, float much? But I was jakun. xD

Okay to be honest, food wasn't all that good. And don't expect frills when you go there. Its like an enlarged version of a coffeeshop vendor for Western food. Heck, my stepdad made a reservation and we had to go and find our own reserved table. No one came to serve us, trust me. xD But its a very quaint place, and i'm highly amused by it.

The oxtail soup was good though! Omnomnom.

This is the Hainanese Chicken Chop they apparently are good at, but the mother says its ... not really good. Normal, actually.

My Rib Eye sirloin was good though! Coliseum is apparently famous for their sizzling plates, but towards the end it got a little too salty. But I asked for medium rare, and the meat was coooked to perfection~

It even came in a cute lil dish, the sides. Potatoes and vegetable! Though as you can see, the serving is seriously unfrilled at all. xD

Their garlic bread was made from the fluffy hainanese toast... and its actually pretty good.

My dessert! Peach ice cream! I thought it was going to be peach ice cream at first... and it came as peaches with ice cream. I didn't know if I should feel dumb or cheated. xD But hey, the ice cream was really good!

I read somewhere that the caramel custard was good... but it was like a block of taufu. D: Not nice! Honestly, I think people say Coliseum is good because back then, there was no standards for it to compare with. But now... its just quite normal, though the bill we got was a little atrocious. D:

I feel so helpless watching the images and footage, yet all I can do is sit here and pray. Pray that the toll will not climb any higher, pray that the aftershocks will stop. Pray, that this will all soon fade in to a memory for them, and that things will if not go back to normal, then go back to a state of peace and calm.

I thank god, my family and friends who were in Japan were all safe and now back home where they're sure to be safe from further harm... yet my heart goes out to all those who are still there, who have nowhere to go, and who have no idea what has befell their friends and family members.

The lives lost, the homes razed, the panic and chaos that ensued... no one deserves that, no one.

Random photodump again! xD Because I've just recently realized I've SO MANY UNBLOGGED PICTURES, but none of them are majorly related. They're in sequence though! xD

Before the fifteen days of CNY are up! Went for Meeples with the extended family.

My wabbit! Well, Meeples is a place where you pay per-hour to sit down... and play games! Mostly European boardgames, but is fun anyway! As long as you know how to play them. This one we played is called Di-Xit.

Playing cards!

Which has gorgeous illustrations on them. ♥ Seriously, almost all of the pictures on them are gorgeous. But yeah, the workers there will explain to you how to play the games if you want to play, because they know hardly anyone will know how to play European boardgames. But Di-Xit is super recommended!

We also played another one called Say Anything, which is basically a game you will win if you go with a bunch of friends you know well enough... and if you're fast too! xD

And you can order snacks/drinks too if you want. Fern ordered the vanilla milkshake, which is pretty good!

But at the end of the day, you still have to pay to play these games. So they all ended up parading in to my room to play poker after we stayed at Meeples for about two hours. xD

Took my mahjong stuff to act as fake money, since we're all too stingy to play real money. But I won! Twice!

Oh, satisfied my seafood craving that I brought back all the way from Penang too! Though after the bomb that costed in my pocket, its going to be a long time before I eat seafood again. xD

Stop. Stop and just think, think for a second, just how fragile that thread we call our life can be. What did you do today? Have lunch with a loved one? Laughed over a private joke with friends? Or just spend a quiet evening with family around the living room? And then further your thoughts, to what could happen tomorrow. Do you know? Well, I don't either. No one does, and at the risk of sounding a little pessimistic and dark, we may even meet our end the next day. So why do things you may regret tomorrow? Say things you may wish to take back, but may never get the chance to apologize for it because life just works in unexpected ways?

You're given one life, and no matter how much some of you may think that the life is worthless, it isn't. So many people want that chance to live, so many people lay there dying, wishing to be given a second chance so they may appreciate what they've always taken for granted before. And at the same time, so many people just sit there wallowing in their own self-misery, thinking they should just take their lives. Why don't you all just stop, and think? Think just for a second, and realize that life can be taken away as easily as it was given.

So why waste it wallowing in self-misery and pity? I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend that life being happy. Happy versus sad? Smiles and laughter versus tears and despair? I know which one I'd choose anyday. I lament over the days I had lost being the rebellious teenager that raged against everyone in the world, but what was lost can never be taken back. So for now, I'd rather live a life without regrets. Besides, why opt for the latter when I laughter is music to my ears, smiles candy to my eyes, and warm hearts a salve to my soul? I've seen life snatched away, way too easily to take what I have now for granted.

Grandma's house the best place to take pictures. Its so olden looking, and it has history too! It never changed much from how I first remembered it, and I've been going there ever since I was born, so at least 20 years. xD

The shed the walls and everything has been there since forever. xD But the bad side is that there's so many bugs there, I get creeped out sometimes. Especially the shed behind the house, has always had a wasp/bee living there. And they make the loudest buzzing noises. T_T

Oh! Get this. I went back to my grandma's house in Penang, came back to KL on the 10th... and went back to Penang on the 13th again by plane, this time for a holiday with friends. Nice, huh? xD We stayed at Caryn's place! The most epically gorgeous glass house ever. Lookit the windows at the master bedroom!

I would love this drawer. solves my OCD problem once and for all. xD

My favourite place in the whole house! The attic/ top floor. Its gorgeous! If I had this place in my house, I'd be perpetually having sleepovers there. xD

It was at a pretty housing area halfway up to Batu Ferhinggi.

Butterfly park on the second day we were there! Coincidentally, it was also Valentine's Day, so the Butterfly Park was having some sort of event. We were given the flutterby's to release! :P

Saw so many eggs there, they dotted everywhere!

Told you it was V-day there. xD They even had balloons and stuff dotting the place.

They had gorgeous landscaping there too! I could see cobwebs all over the place. And cause they have a sprinkler system to water the plants I think, the waterdroplets hanging off the webs made it easy to take visible pictures of them!♥

For the V-day event, some love porch I think, they called it. I found it really nice. :p

Third day! Headed down to Gurney Plaze for shopping. Ended up in Winter Warmers for some tea. I loved the place ever since my cousin showed it to me last year! They should totally have a branch in KL, like fersrs. I would be its most loyal customer. xD

Wanted to go to Gurney Hawker for dinner, but it ended up raining so we ended up in Clinic Cafe. Remember the one I wanted to show you guys but ended up deleting all my pictures by accident? =.=

I can take replacement pictures now! xD They serve it in kidney bowls. KIDNEY BOWLS. xD Or whatchamacallit.

Night times at the house was a little creepy, cause there was only electricity in certain parts of the house, but is all good with friends. Lookit!

Also, we had our neighbourhood friendly orange ghost! xD He ate too much carrots as a human and ended up orange as a ghost. xD

Last day! We were at Queensbay, luggage and all before take off time, because its the nearest to the airport. Mei's honeystars covered BR ice cream!

Dinner at the Japanese place Anne showed me the last time at Queensbay, which has the best Tamago♥

And with that we went home on our 11pm flight~ I haven't seen that ceiling in years, ever since we started driving home. But it still hasn't changed, my aquarium ceiling. xD
